At LehaFashions, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Returns
    You have 12 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lehafashions.com with your order details.

  1. Refunds
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
  2. Exchanges
    If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item.
  3. Shipping
    Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items, such as customized leather goods, are non-returnable. Please contact us for more details.
